The department has two main activities:

Marketing

A new Corporate Identity has been created at Banque Bemo with the incorporation of the new logo. The Marketing Department constantly tries to reinforce the image of the bank and to reflect the bank’s vision of being the Bank of Choice focusing on two main activities Corporate & Private Banking.

Quality Control

Bemo’s policy in regards to Quality is an integral part of the general policy and strategy of the bank.

The objective of Banque Bemo is to maintain and improve the Quality Management System.
The policies and procedures established manage its maintenance, its update and continuous improvement in order to satisfy customers’ needs and exceed their expectations.

Banque Bemo has obtained the certification ISO 9001-2000 form Bureau Veritas Quality International (BVQI) following the quality audit done in March 2003.

This certification requires full awareness and responsibility from employees and Management to allow the perception of quality in relationships with the actual clients or potential clients, suppliers, correspondents, shareholders and all other organizations with which they are or could be in contact with.
